Section 19a-111-8 - Reports to the commissioner

In addition to notification of inspection reports required under subsection 19a-111-3(d) of regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, local code enforcement agencies shall submit a report to the commissioner, on a form prescribed by the commissioner by the 15th day of January, April, July, and October for the previous quarter signed by the head of such agency. This report shall list:

(a) the medical status of all lead poisoned children,
(b) all uncorrected violations at the end of the previous quarter,
(c) all violations corrected during the previous quarter, and
(d) what legal action has been taken regarding each uncorrected violation.
