Section 17a-238-6 - Use of therapies(a) Staff shall utilize therapy procedures only when indicated by a client's habilitation program.(b) The client's habilitation program shall indicate which therapies shall be used.(c) Therapy programs shall be designed and supervised by staff who are qualified mental retardation professionals in accordance with Sec. 249.13 (h) (iii) of the Federal ICF/MR Standards, within their respective areas of professional competence.Conn.
