Section 17a-581-46 - Memorandum of decision(a) All decisions of the PSRB shall be written and signed by the Chair or the Executive Director on behalf of the PSRB.(b) Each memorandum of decision shall state the Board's findings of fact, conclusions of law and order.(c) All memoranda of decision shall be mailed, certified mail, return receipt requested to all parties in the case.Conn.
