Section 17a-150-79 - Approval of staff as providers restricted(a) A child placing agency using its own staff as a foster family shall ensure that the responsibility for care and for case management are assigned to separate, unrelated staff.(b) A child placing agency shall ensure that its staff is not granted preferential treatment in the placement of a prospective adoptive child into the prospective adoptive home of its own staff.Conn.
