Section 17a-150-70 - Program monitoring
(a) The applicant for a child placing agency license shall submit a written quality assurance-plan which shall describe how the applicant intends to monitor the quality of its services, the extent to which it complies with its stated purpose, program objectives, and all Department of Children and Families requirements.
(b) Each child placing agency shall submit a written quality assurance-plan, not less than once a year, which shall describe how the child placing agency intends to monitor the quality of its services, the extent to which it complies with its stated purpose, program objectives, and all Department of Children and Families requirements. Documentation of the implementation of the quality assurance-plan, with findings and an improvement plan, shall be submitted to the department, not less than once every two years. Any revision of the quality assurance-plan shall be made immediately available to child placing agency staff and the department.
