Section 17a-101k-11 - Reconsideration and appeal(a) Any request for reconsideration of a final decision is governed by section 4-181a of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) Any individual found to be responsible for abuse or neglect who is aggrieved by the final decision of the hearing officer may appeal the final decision to the superior court in accordance with section 4-183 of the Connecticut General Statutes. Such individual may also seek a stay of the adverse decision of the hearing officer's final decision from the commissioner in accordance with subsection (f) of section 4-183 of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
