The Connector shall recognize any person or organization identified as the authorized representative of an Applicant for a Connector Program for Non-Group Health Plans, an Eligible Individual, or Enrollee in a Non-Group Health Plan, consistent with the provisions of 130 CMR 501.001: Definition of Terms.
