Section 40.0065 - Modification of Special Project Designation Permit(1) The permittee may apply for a modification to a Special Project Designation Permit to add or remove property subject to the Special Project Designation.(2) A request for a Special Project Designation Permit Modification shall include the following: (a) a completed transmittal form using the form established by the Department for such purposes;(b) a description of and rationale for the modification sought; and(c) the certification required by 310 CMR 40.0009.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
