Section 6.16 - Complaints Pertaining to Pari-mutuel Operations(1) When a patron makes a complaint regarding the pari-mutuel department to an association, the association shall immediately issue a complaint report, setting out: (a) the name of the complainant;(b) the nature of the complaint;(c) the name of the persons, if any, against whom the complaint was made;(d) the date of the complaint;(e) the action taken or proposed to be taken, if any, by the association.
