Section 425.404 - Exclusion of MassHealth Managed Care Members

130 CMR 425.000 does not apply to members participating in a MassHealth managed care plan. Participation in a MassHealth managed care plan is subject to change. Providers are responsible to verify member status on a daily basis. For more information, see130 CMR 450.117: Managed Care Participation.
