Section 421.418 - Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) Services

The MassHealth agency pays for all medically necessary family planning services for EPSDT-eligible members in accordance with 130 CMR 450.140: Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) Services: Introduction through 450.149: EPSDT: Recordkeeping Requirements, without regard to service limitations described in 130 CMR 421.000, and with prior authorization.
