Expungement, as mandated by M.G.L. c. 119, § 51F, shall be a computerized process whereby, with respect to a particular reported incident, the name and all other identifying characteristics relating to any child which is contained in the Central Registry, or to his parents or guardian, is permanently removed from the Central Registry.
