Section 800.35 - Review of applications(a) The Service shall review each application to determine if it complies with §§ 800.32 , 800.33 , and 800.34 . If the application complies and the fee has been paid, the applicant shall be registered.(b) If the application does not comply with §§ 800.32 , 800.33 , and 800.34 and the omitted information prevents a satisfactory review by the Service, the applicant shall be provided an opportunity to submit the needed information. If the needed information is not submitted within a reasonable time, the application may be dismissed. The Service shall promptly notify the applicant, in writing, of the reasons for the dismissal.48 FR 44456, Sept. 29, 1983
