Section 31.40-10 - Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate-T/ALL(a) All tankships on an international voyage are required to have a Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate.(b) All such tankships shall meet the applicable requirements of this chapter for tankships on an international voyage.
