Section 307.35 - Federal financial participation at the applicable matching rate for computerized support enforcement systemsFederal financial participation at the applicable matching rate is available only in computerized support enforcement systems expenditures for:
(a) The operation of a system that meets the requirements specified in § 307.10 , or § 307.11 if the conditions for APD approval in §§ 307.5 and 307.15 are met; or(b) Systems approved in accordance with part 95, subpart F of this title.
