Section 423.1058 - Dismissal of request for hearing(a) The ALJ may, at any time before mailing the notice of the decision, dismiss a hearing request if a party withdraws its request for a hearing or the affected party asks that its request be dismissed.(b) An affected party may request a dismissal by filing a written notice with the ALJ.
