Section 76.650 - [Effective 9/30/2024] Participation of private school children, teachers or other educational personnel, and families

If a program provides for participation by private school children, teachers or other educational personnel, and families, and the program is not otherwise governed by applicable regulations, the grantee or subgrantee must provide, as applicable, services in accordance with the requirements under §§ 76.651 through 76.662 .

Some program statutes authorize the Secretary-under certain circumstances-to provide benefits directly to private school students. These "bypass" provisions-where they apply-are implemented in the individual program regulations.
