Holders of certificates of label approval issued prior to April 11, 2013 for labels that contain the term "Cacha¸a" in a manner that does not comply with the labeling requirements contained in part 5 of this title may continue to use those certificates until August 26, 2013, at which time those certificates shall be revoked by operation of regulation.
