Section 2.205 - How do I file a Notice of Appeal?(a) To file a Notice of Appeal to an Indian Affairs official, you must submit the Notice of Appeal to the reviewing official identified in the decision document's notice of appeal rights, as prescribed in § 2.104 . Your submission must comply with § 2.214 .(b) If you are appealing to the IBIA, you must comply with IBIA's regulations, set out at 43 CFR part 4.
