Section 990.66 - Additional considerations(a) Upon settlement of a claim, trustees should consider the following actions to facilitate implementation of restoration:(1) Establish a trustee committee and/or memorandum of understanding or other agreement to coordinate among affected trustees, as provided in § 990.14(a)(3) of this part;(2) Develop more detailed workplans to implement restoration;(3) Monitor and oversee restoration; and(4) Evaluate restoration success and the need for corrective action.(b) The reasonable costs of such actions are included as restoration costs.
