Section 1807.107 - Applicability of regulations for CMF Awards(a) The regulations of this part are applicable for all uncommitted funds from prior CMF Awards issued as of June 25, 2024, as well as all CMF Awards made pursuant to all Notices of Funds Availability published after June 25, 2024.(b) The definition of "Nonprofit Organization" is applicable to any Notice of Funds Availability published on or after January 1, 2026; until that time, the definition of "Nonprofit Organization" in § 1807.104 of the 2016 interim rule remains in effect.
