Section 30837 - Appeals
(a) All appeals will be decided by the Executive Officer or his/her designee.
(b) The first level of appeal is the Executive Officer or his/her designee.
(c) The second level of appeal is the appeal panel which has the same composition as a Full Board Panel. Whenever possible, the appeal panel shall not include those persons whose decision is being appealed.
(d) The final level of appeal is the Full Board En Banc.
