Section 30506 - Emergency GrievancesGrievances which are of an emergency nature shall be processed on a high priority basis. The superintendent or regional administrator shall make the final decision concerning whether a grievance falls within the emergency procedure category. Such areas shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) Matters which would be made moot by the passage of time required for normal processing, or(b) Matters in which delay would subject the ward filing the grievance to substantial risk of personal injury or other damage.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 30506
