Section 31200 - General Standards and PremisesThe following standards, requirements and premises will be applied by the Department in making decisions on acceptance of persons referred for diagnostic study from criminal or juvenile courts:
(a) There must be sufficient information submitted about the person to enable an informed decision to be made.(c) Persons must be available for delivery to a departmental reception center-clinic.(d) Persons referred to the Youth Authority will be accepted, unless it is concluded they are clearly inappropriate.Cal.
