Section 61040 - Informal Conference(a) A Board agent may conduct an informal conference to clarify the issues and explore settlement of the case. No record shall be made at such a conference.(b) A Board agent shall give reasonable notice of such conference to each party directed to attend.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 61040
