Section 13685 - Transfer of a Registration Prohibited(a) An employer may not transfer its registration to any other person.(b) For purposes of this section, "person" includes an individual, association, organization, partnership, joint venture, business trust, limited liability company, corporation, or private entity of any character.Cal.
