Section 9722.2 - Investigation and Action by the Administrative Director or Court Administrator(a) Upon receiving a complaint from the Committee, the Administrative Director or Court Administrator shall investigate whether a workers' compensation administrative law judge has committed an ethics violation.(b) If the Administrative Director or Court Administrator determines after investigation that misconduct has occurred, he or she shall take appropriate disciplinary or other action against the workers' compensation administrative law judge. The Administrative Director's or Court Administrator's action shall be in the form required by Government Code section 19574 or section 19590(b), or other applicable laws governing the ethics violation.(c) The Administrative Director or Court Administrator shall provide the Committee with a copy of his or her decision and shall inform the complaining party whether an ethical violation occurred, and whether corrective action was taken.Cal.
