Section 4515 - Splitter (Band Knife)(a) All exposed portions of the knife as well as band wheels shall be enclosed and feed rolls shall be guarded.(b) An extension of the stopping device shall be installed across the entire front of the top of the feed roll so installed that it can be readily operated from the operator's working position.Cal.
