Section 4512 - Heel Compressing Machine(a) Heel compressing machines shall be equipped with a control device that requires a simultaneous action of both hands, or they shall be provided with a mechanical feeding device.(b) The plunger shall be guarded either by a complete enclosure or by a barrier guard in front of the plunger.Cal.
