Section 4494 - Operating Rules(a) Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and on safe practices by either bulletins, printed rules, verbal instructions, or periodic safety meetings.(b) Markers, sorters, and other persons handling soiled clothes shall be warned by signs in their work area against touching eyes, mouth, or any part of the body on which the skin has been broken, abrased, or injured, and against touching or eating food unless their hands have been thoroughly washed.Cal.
