Section 4424 - Converting Operations(a) Rolls handled by cranes or hoists shall not be passed over employees.(b) Cranes or hoist controls shall not be left unattended while a load is suspended.(c) Where a hazard to employees exist, all power closing sections shall be equipped with an audible warning system which will be activated when closing the sections.(d) Slitters, slotters, and scorers not in use shall be stored as not to create a hazard.Cal.
