Section 4410 - Offloading of Railcars and Trucks(a) Where employee access is required, rolled chip nets shall not be positioned where they cover the ladders of railcars or trucks.(b) Elevating platform-type or cable-lift type unloading devices shall have back bumper stops.(c) Side rails or other positive means shall be used to prevent the trailer from falling while unloading the single trailer units.(d) The truck or tractor shall be secured when elevating platform lifts are used to elevate both the tractor and trailer or single unit trucks.Cal.
