Section 6624 - Construction and Maintenance of Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment(a) Drilling and well-servicing machinery and equipment when in use shall be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to conform to good engineering practice.(b) Kelly spinner and pipe spinner controls shall be identified and shall be designed or guarded so as to prevent accidental actuation.(c) Unless the purpose is self-evident, controls shall be labeled to identify the equipment and operation they control.Cal.
