Section 80510 - Time of Filing Appeal(a) Appeal of the denial of an application pursuant to this chapter shall be filed within 30 days after the appellant has been served with notice of such denial.(b) Upon a showing of good cause, the Executive Director may allow such an appeal to be filed within 30 days after the end of the period in which the appeal should have been filed, or such other extension as may be required by illness or other justifiable cause.Cal.
