(a) The RPAC shall be comprised of up to 15 eligible parent members. (1) DFDs shall be represented on the RPAC of the Migrant Region in which they are geographically located, regardless of the migrant population size.(2) Migrant Regions serving more than ten operating agencies shall ensure representation for migrant parents on the RPAC is prioritized by size of migrant student population.(b) The RPAC may include up to three optional community members from operating agencies and DFDs within the Migrant Region.(c) At least two-thirds of the members of the RPAC shall be eligible parents of migrant children.(d) All voting members of the RPAC shall be eligible parent members who must also have migrant children enrolled in the MEP.Cal.
