Section 3002 - General Provisions. [Repealed]

1. Renumbering and amendment of former Section 3002 to Section 3003 and renumbering and amendment of former Section 3001 to Section 3002 filed 12-30-83; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 84, No. 1). For prior history, see Registers 77, No. 31 and 73, No. 50.
2. Repealer filed 5-17-2010 as an emergency; operative 5-17-2010 (Register 2010, No. 21). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-15-2010 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 5-17-2010 order transmitted to OAL 11-1-2010 and filed 11-15-2010 (Register 2010, No. 47).
