All terms defined in the Food and Agricultural Code, when used in this article, have the meaning therein defined, unless a different meaning is apparent from the context. In addition, as used in this article:
(a) "Plant" means the structure and equipment employed by a wax-salvage plant licensed under the provisions of Article 7 (commencing with Section 29191) of the Food and Agricultural Code.(b) "Enclosure" means the room or building of a plant constructed in accordance with the specifications in this article in which wax-salvage operations are performed.(c) "Contaminated" means infected, exposed to infection, or liable to carry infection, with the pathogen causing American foulbrood disease of bees.Cal.
