Section 1259 - Rescindment of Label Approvals

Once a year, or more often if necessary, each official establishment shall submit to the Department, in quadruplicate, a list of approvals for labels that have become obsolete, accompanied with a statement that such approvals are no longer desired. The approvals shall be identified by the number, the date of approval, and the name of product or other designation showing the class of materials.
