Section 6930 - Moderate Income Households(a) "Moderate income households" means persons and families who are not "lower income households" and whose gross incomes do not exceed 120 percent of the area median income adjusted for family size in accordance with adjustment factors adopted by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in establishing income limits for lower income families. For purposes of this subchapter, the income limits are set forth in Section 6932.(b) The maximum gross income limits for moderate income households is the same as that for "persons and families of moderate income" and "persons and families of low or moderate income."(c) "Persons and families of low or moderate income" includes very low, lower, and moderate income households.Cal.
