Section 76951 - Solid Waste Containers(a) All containers used for storage of solid wastes, shall have tight-fitting covers in good repair, external handles and shall be leakproof and rodent proof.(b) All containers receiving putrescible wastes shall be emptied at least every four days or more often if necessary.(c) Solid waste containers shall be thoroughly washed and cleaned each time they are emptied unless soil contact surfaces have been completely protected from contamination by disposable liners, bags or other devices removed with the waste.Cal.
