Section 76864 - Developmental Program Services-Client Mobility(a) All clients including the multiple-handicapped and nonambulatory shall: (1) Spend at least 75 percent of their waking day out of bed.(2) Spend at least 75 percent of their waking day out of their bedroom.(3) Be mobile to the extent possible.(b) Orders prescribing bed rest or prohibiting clients from being taken out-of-doors shall be reviewed by a physician at least every three days.Cal.
