Section 76856 - Developmental Program Services-Program Approval for Developmental Services(a) A facility program plan shall be submitted to the Department of Developmental Services as specified in Section 1267.7 of the Health and Safety Code.(b) The Department shall not issue or renew a license for a facility unless the licensee's program plan has been reviewed and approved by the Department of Developmental Services.Cal.
