Section 74405 - Staff Qualifications(a) All persons employed by the referral agency to provide direct service to clients shall be at least 18 years of age and shall meet one of the following requirements for training or experience: (1) Shall be either a registered nurse, licensed vocational nurse, psychiatric technician, social worker or other health care professional, as approved by the Department; or(2) Have one year full-time experience providing direct patient care in a hospital or a health facility; or(3) Have one year full-time experience providing direct service to clients in either a public or a private referral agency or service.Cal.
