Section 74123 - Revocation or Suspension of License(a) Pursuant to provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, the Department may suspend or revoke the license of any referral agency, upon any of the following grounds: (1) Violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of Chapter 2.3 (commencing with Section 1400) of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code or of the regulations promulgated by the Department contained in this chapter.(2) Aiding, abetting or permitting the violation of any provisions of Chapter 2.3 (commencing with Section 1400) of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code or of the regulations promulgated by the Department contained in this chapter.(3) Conduct inimical to the public health, morals, welfare or safety of the people of the State of California in the maintenance and operation of the referral agency for which a license is issued.Cal.
