Section 73379 - Activity Program-Scope(a) The scope of the activity program shall include: (1) Social activities which involve group participation and are designed to promote group relationships.(2) Recreational activities, both indoor and outdoor.(3) Opportunity to participate in activities outside the facility.(4) Religious programs, including the right of each patient to attend the church or religious program of his choice.(5) Creative and expressive activities.(6) Educational activities.Cal.
