Section 78229 - License Expiration and Renewal(a) An initial license shall expire one year from the date of issue. A renewal license may be issued for one year provided the Department determines that the licensee has complied with all statutory requirements and regulations during the preceding license period.(b) The Department shall send each licensee a renewal application form at least 90 days before the license expires.(c) The licensee shall file a renewal application with the Department not less than 30 days prior to the expiration date. The renewal application shall be accompanied by the full applicable fee.(d) If the licensee fails to apply for renewal within the prescribed time, the license shall expire.Cal. Code Regs.
