Section 78225 - License Not Transferable(a) The license shall not be transferable. The licensee shall notify the Department in writing at least 30 days prior to the effective date of any change of ownership. A new application for license shall be submitted by the prospective new owner.(b) The Department may approve a change of location and continuation of the existing license for a reasonable period of time when the change is due to accidental destruction of the center or similar emergency conditions, and the new location does not create a hazard to the health and safety of the participants.Cal.
