Section 78201 - Right to Apply(a) Any corporation, company, partnership, or city or county government, may apply for a license or special permit to operate an adult day health center if the following requirements are met: (1) The governing body meets the requirements of Section 78405.(2) The Department has approved the county plan for the county in which the center will be located.Cal.
