Social worker means a person who:
(a) Is licensed as a clinical social worker by the Board of Behavioral Sciences; or(b) Holds a Master of Social Work degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; or(c) Holds a master's degree in psychology, gerontology, or counseling from a accredited school, and has one year of experience providing social services in one or more of the fields of aging, health, or long-term care services; or(d) Holds a bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school with two years of experience providing social services in one or more of the fields of aging, health, or long-term care services.Cal.
