Section 51165.1 - Intermediate Care Facility Services for the Developmentally Disabled Habilitative

Intermediate care facility services for the developmentally disabled habilitative means those services provided pursuant to Sections of Title 2276853 through 76906 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code. Included are services of the interdisciplinary professional staff/team in providing case conference review of clients' developmental needs, developing and implementing programs and providing specific training and expertise to the program staff who implement the individual service plans.
